Antares Athletics Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with Antares Athletics. The following terms and conditions
govern our shipping process.
Shipment Processing
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We do not ship or deliver
on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay. If a
significant delay occurs, we will contact you directly via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that
delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will
contain your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.
For some smaller items like patches or t-shirts, which are sent via standard mail, tracking
information may not be available. Additionally, if your item is drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, a
tracking number may not be provided.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Antares Athletics is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your
order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Antares Athletics is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If
your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You should save all packaging
materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
Drop-Shipping Policy
Special promotion and clearance items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Due to
this, shipping and handling times can vary.
- Processing usually takes 2-3 business days.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.
Please be aware that orders can take longer to arrive due to factors such as holiday seasons, customs delays, and weather conditions. If you order more than one promotional item, they may be shipped from different locations, and you may receive them on separate days.
